Ooooohhhh so excited to show you guys my project for today. All of the peachy gals did such an amazing job. We had a fabulous piece of photography as our source of inspiration...

Isn't it pretty? Makes me want to eat. RIGHT now.

I actually made three projects but this was the only one that turned out the way I had envisioned it lol.

eCraft awesomeness and my first book!

Well hello to you too! ;) Yeah I'm in a weird mood. Anyway...I was so excited when I had the opportunity to walk around at CHA and meet some awesome people that I had to try my hand at some products, why of course. Today's project was NOT an impulse buy...go me. lol It was something I have wanted for about a year now and when I saw it in action at CHA I had to have it!!! The bind it all. So this is a creation of some of my new favorites and some old ones...the eCraft of course, the Bind it all, Unity Stamps and this fabulous paper!

We received the ecraft diecutable cardstock from the Paper Mill store
and AMAZING stamps from Unity Stamps. I love me some Unity. So I got
to work right away. The paper we were gifted is a solid based
cardstock with a texture on one side and it is smooth on the other
side. Super love this stuff.

Here is a list of what was used:

Pink CutMates Diecutable Cardstock. (Strawberry Smoothie)
Pattern paper
Bakers Twine (Pink) from Twistedsugartwine.com
brown buttons
Ribbon
Coasters

So this was a really fun project to make. I started with 2 coasters
(measuring 4"x4") that my mom had purchased for me (they were .10 at
Michaels) I covered each side with pattern paper and then using my
AMAZING new Bind-it-all I punched the holes on the side. Then I cut
the CutMates Cardstock down to 3 1/2" x 3 3/4" and punches holes with
the bind it all to match up the front and back cover.

Using the eCraft I cut out the heart from Fundamentals 1 at 3" inked
it up and placed it on the cover. Next I cut up 3 flowers at 2" from
the Fundamentals 1 SD card and stamped those as well as crinkled them.
Added some embellishments and voila!

I really love this little project and I cant wait to make a ton more.
I was telling my husband that everyone will be getting a "book" for
Christmas lol. Hope you are all having a great day.

Inky Valentine's

Hey everyone! I haven't had a chance to craft much since I got back from CHA. My son ended up getting in an accident on the second day out there and I've been trying to get things straight around the house so there has been A LOT going on over here. lol

Well I had to take out my cutie pie Inky Impression stamps and make a little Valentines card. One for each teacher.

I used my favorite stamp for this project LiLi's First day of School and another of my favorites Valentine Treats for the sentiment.

Hey everyone! So today's layout is all about growing up!

Disclaimer: I don't remember EVER giving her permission to grow up!

This one she is the last one, my baby!

I call them all my babies but in all fairness she really is the baby. She's the one who would rather cuddle me and play games then watch t.v. The one who runs to me when she gets out of class and the one who holds my hand every morning when we walk to school! I love her so much and I am NOT okay with her growing up! This was a very hard day for me; totally a selfish day! I was worried about her, but only a little she is such a free spirit and such a leader I knew she would do well.

I was really worried about me. What would I do all day without her? Who would be my coloring buddy? Where would I go when it was a nice beautiful day other than the park? I was lost! My husband was AMAZING of course he always is! He took me to breakfast then shopping trying to keep my mind off of my baby but I still cried for most of the day. I am NOT that kind of mom, but I guess it happens to you when you least expect it now doesn't it. Just the way life is, one day she's a baby and the next she is getting married. HAHAHA Not really but that's how I make my husband cry ;) hehehehe.

I used the adorable PK-295 Cupid's Sting for the sentiment because it was totally fitting!

Painted the chipboard letters with white acrylic paint and then put some crackle over them. :)

These prima flowers I have had FOREVER so I just layered them up and but a button on top. They looked a little too plain for me and twine just didn't match the elegant fun theme for this project so I used some glossy accents and then sprinkled on some silver art co beads. Thanks for those mom!! ;)

Jaded Blossom Monthly Challenge #1

Oh my goodness I am super dooper excited to show you all today's project! Jaded Blossom which is a fabulous company has decided to start monthly challenges. I LOVE this idea because it gives us (all of us creative folk who use Jaded Blossom stamps) the opportunity to all come together to share our love of these little gems and show them off. I CAN NOT wait to see what you all create.

This month the challenge is to Create something for Valentines day also your project must include at least one Jaded Blossom stamp. I simply love this idea so without further ado here is my project for this week.

This project was inspired by Pinterest! LOVE Pinterest.
Directions:
Using the Cone Bags from JB I filled up the bottom of the bag with about 1 cup of hot cocoa mix. Next using a buttering brush I dusted away the excess that clung to the top part of the bag. Once it was cleaned out I added heart shaped sprinkles. Then added about a handful of marshmallows. (If you don't clean the cone after putting in the hot cocoa mix your marshmallows will turn brown.) I tied up the top with a little bit of twine punched out a scalloped circle (Stampin up) and then a 1 1/2" circle (Stampin up) and stamped the beautiful Valentine Treats stamp set in the center.

Okay I had such a good time at CHA I wanted to share my pictures with you! I met some amazing people and I dont have pictures with all of them so if you have a pic of us together would you mind sending it to me? Thanks yall!!!!

The people may not appreciate being in this picture but I found it and had to get a picture because (I get lost easily and) I wasn't sure I would find it again lol

In addition to all of this beauty I met some beautiful women

Angelica, Stephanie and Dobea. I stalked their booth. Totally unintentional this wonderful lady I met said, "You have to go see the cutest stamps they are at booth..." and so I went although I had already been their twice I didn't know it was the MSS booth so yeah these poor girls got to see a lot of me lol.

These beautiful women were adorable and I had the pleasure of walking around with them for a while before they caught their plane. I also got to see Emma first had make a card (ON THE FLY) no less and it was amazing, as usual. Emma, Liz and Katie were so amazing truly sweet sweet gals. Emma's momma was taking the picture she was the sweetest too!

Jaded Love

Hey yall if you are looking for the CHA blog hop jog over Here!

Hahaha no not really I just was playing around with the wording for the stamp company and the stamp set that I used today! Hi everyone!!!!

Today I am showing you all a super cute treat container made using the clear boxes (which I am totally in love with) and also the Valentine Treats!

So I used the Love stamp for the background paper in the background. This love stamp is my FAVORITE stamp right now. I LOVE the font of it. And the design and everything. Then I wrapped some red cola colored twine around the base. I cut out a piece of chocolate chip cardstock using a 2" punch. Then using kraft I cut out a 1 3/4 circle after I added the sentiment and heart circular stamp. I love these circle stamps they fit perfectly inside a 1 3/4" punch I just love that!

The base was adhered to the clear box using sticky strips. That's pretty much all she wrote :) I hope you all like it. It was a super quick and easy project!! :)

Hey yall if you are looking for the CHA blog hop jog over Here!

Hey everyone!

So I must be honest up front! I don't feel like scrapbooking is anything similar to riding a bike. You know what they say about riding a bike eh. Once you learn how, you always know how. The funny thing about scrapbook pages is that the style always changes, evolves, grows, strengthens. The same holds true for crafting.

For me I started out crocheting when I was 5 or 6. Then when I was older I use to draw on my walls WITH BLACK PAINT. Sorry about that mom!!! ;) Love you! Then I moved on from that and started making a collage out of everything I could get my hands on. It started with an entire day of contemplation (which I recognize now was a day of meditation) where I tore magazines apart and collaged my entire bedroom door. My poor mother lol. My door was one of the first things you saw when you walked into our house and I'm sure all of her friends thought I was crazy or just really weird but creative wasn't really a word I would have used to describe myself. My mom was a painter and photographer my sister an AMAZING artist both of them were and my dad was a fantastic cake decorator. But as life went on we all fell away from our "hobby's" just left them where they were and walked away. It's like that sometimes. You either evolve and get better, increasing what you know and what you create or you "grow out of it".

Later in life my dad bought me a scrapbook for Christmas. I thought he was unobservant lol and thought about giving it away to my cousin (who did scrapbook). I decided to give it a go on Valentines three years ago and the first card was for my husband. He saved that card, Heaven love him, but IT IS UGLY!!! It looked like goulash that had been in the fridge for too long and grew some kind of nasty fungus. Yeah it was that bad! (MAYBE I'll share it someday) Anyway that brings us to present.

I've been scrapbooking/cardmaking now for a little over 3 years and it truly is my "Art therapy". To live without art or crafts or arts and crafts is baffling to me. I will never go back. I love that my kids think because I'm crafty I can make anything, I can fix anything, and I can sew up any hole you may have, even though you now have a mid drift shirt where it use to be a dress. hahaha yeah they really think I can fix anything!

Well anyway I'm learning so here is another one. :)

I just want to point out this is another Instagram photo so it is suppose to look like that, its processed differently ;)

Creativity is something I hope to pass on to my kids. I embrace when they write on the walls (I'm totally lying). But I try to lol. I LOVE when they come to me and say "mom can we craft today?" my answer is always "YES" ! I'm a sucker for big beautiful eyes and dimples what can I say?????!!!!

eCraft Goodness

Home Decor Week continues! Our design team was challenged to use our January sponsors (DCWV & Mr. Cricut Crazy stamps) materials to create a beautiful piece to enhance the beauty in your home! The DT rose to the challenge, and today is my turn to show you my project.

Here are all the details on how I made this project!

My tabs and width were both set at 0. I find that having the pressure
on 6 or 6.5 it cuts perfectly through the DCWV thicker stacks. This
set was embossed and dimesional so the higher settings work perfectly
with it.

Using Fundamentals 1 I cut out the heart at 3" I also cut out its
shadow using DCWV paper stack.
Next I cut out a frame as well as its shadow from lettering delights.
The sentiment portion was cut out using a die from Mycreativetime.com
Next using chocolate chip stampin up ink I inked up the sentiment as
well as the little puppy. I colored him in with copic markers and
adhered the pieces together.
Using a crop a dile I made holes in either side of the top and tied some twine.

I hope you all enjoy my super simple home decor project. I made this
for a good friend who has quite a few puppies. ;)

Monster High

Hey y'all! So this is a post I've been meaning to share with you all for a while. My little girl turned 7 in September and she wanted a Monster high birthday. Have y'all heard of them? Well they are super dooper cute. Here is how her party turned out...

Ber in mind this is the first time I've done a real themed birthday. I mean other than the carnival, and the hello kitty, video game... and the well this is the only one that was really decorated. ;)

So this is the main part of the table.

The blue and pink popcorn balls. :) Tied with pink twine.

Pink gumballs there were baby blue ones as well.

Pink and blue rice krispie treats.

Sugar sticks. YUM

Bones. OMGOODNESS these were soooo good. I wish I would have made more but I didn't. :(

Scrapbook Monday3~Free Spirit

Hey everyone! So I think I am going to designate Mondays to Scrapbook pages. I am really trying to stick with my 52 Scrapbook pages for the year. I am hoping that I far surpass my goal and I think I just may as long as I don't get discouraged and give up lol.

To be honest I went online to walgreens.com the other day because they were having a sale 75 pictures for 9.99 I thought that was a good deal and I like the print quality of walgreens photos. (ADVICE WELCOME) Well anyway to get to my point lol (I ramble) it took me 5 hours to edit and upload 75 pictures. And 75 was a VERY VERY small amount of the pictures I have. That's what we do, us scrapbookers, we document everything through a photo. Half of the pictures I took I couldn't even remember why I had taken them or the significance of the occasion. YES that is something I am going to remedy, starting NOW. So if you'd like to join me come on over on Mondays and I'll have a new project up. On a side note: I'm trying really, really hard to not buy new products. I realized that if I didn't buy another scrapbook product I would be able to make cards and scrapbook pages for the next 10 years without running low on material. I'm sure most of my fellow crafters are the same so I'm attempting to use up my products. Use old materials and embellishments in a new way. My problem is...I'm a pretty stuff HOARDER! If it's really pretty I don't want to use it because well the perfect picture or project might come up and by golly what if I've already used that perfect embellishment. So my other attempt this year is to USE IT!!!!!!

Without anymore rambling here we go...

I've had these Anna Griffin embellishments and paper for about 3 years now (as long as I've been scrapbooking) You know the thing about embellishments...they lose their stick if you don't use them. Yeah learned that lesson the hard way! Anyhow all paper and embellishments are Anna Griffin and the black is Stampin up.

Isn't this just a beautiful "flower" I had to put it on here.

My Free Spirit baby. I'd like to say that she gets this from her mamma but that would be a bold faced lie, so I wont. She amazes me everyday at how marvelous she is. I'll be sure to journal but I find the journaling very personal so it goes on after I take pictures of it. Perhaps someday I can share the journaling as well but to me the journaling is like a love letter I'm writing to my kids. :)

Who loves Instagram raise your hand! ;) I do!!! I just discovered it and I'm in love! Its a really fun way to share photos. That's how this page came to be. This was one of the first pictures I took of the baby and I LOVE it. I think she is just so beautiful though so a funky photo setting can't really mess that up. Oh goodness me I am so excited to show you today's project. Today is my first official post with the Peachy Keen design team and I am still on cloud 9.

Okay so this week we were asked to "Create a project with a pocket! Whether it folds, tucks, or hides a treat, pockets are a fun way to add something extra!"

So without further ado...

This is the card and the envelope. Its a slider card so it opens like a regular card and it also slides up like this...

And then this is the envelope. Yeah I know I took a lot of pictures. This was my first time making an envelope and I think I am going to be making envelopes from now on. I really love it!

Hi eCrafters! I am beyond
honored to be showing you another fun project made with DCWV paper and
Mr. Cricut Crazy Stamps. :)

This week I've made another fun little card using the awesome Collage
Musing stack from DCWV and another sentiment from Mr. Cricut Crazy's
stamp set called Razzel.

This sweet little dog was cut out from a Lettering Delights file
called Feliz-Navi Dog.

~Valentine's Treat~

Hey everyone! How are you all today? While I'm writing this post I have my niece here and its just the two of us. I have really forgotten how awesome it is to have babies around! She is so silly and fun. While I was thinking of her (she's sleeping) I thought I had better get some Valentines treats whipped up right away before it February 15th and I'm kicking myself for not making anything this year.

Without further ado here it is...

Isn't it cutie pie?!?!? Yeah I'm partial. I love the new Valentines Treats set so I just had to use it on here. I also am IN LOVE with the wands so I filled them up with tootsie rolls. :) Everything was cut out using my eCraft and the Fundamentals 1 SD card.

I'm forewarning you in case you don't want to read my

babbling just scroll down there is a picture or two in here somewhere. ;)

I didn't post this last week but I did finish it last week! I just didn't get a chance to get a picture of it and upload it. So if you are super new here (WELCOME BTW) then you may not know but one of my New Years Resolutions is to make a two page spread once a week. I realize I might not have time to do that so I'm okay with one page per week as well. lol

Either way here is my layout for last week. Hopefully by the end of the year I will have completed 52-2 page spreads which will be a total of 104 single pages! I believe that I can do it! I just have to stay focused so call me out (Haidee lol) When I haven't posted one. I LOVE that I really do it keeps me on track.

Anyway one more thing to say and then I'll quit rambling...I thought it would be easier to jump back into scrapbooking then it has proven to be. It is NOT like riding a bike people! ;) I need practice! LOTS AND LOTS OF PRACTICE.

Okay here it is...

My husband (the sports freak) rallied all the troops to go to the first of the season Lobos game. We are die hards even though they were 16-1 lol lol lol. We're just loyal that way hahaha. Anyway we knew we would be too frustrated to go again after the first game so we went and had a blast!!! I actually have so many pictures this may be its own album when its done lol.

I made some secret journaling on that tag right behind the picture. ;) I just made a little pocket for it and placed it inside.

Here is some more journaling. I use to hate my handwriting. But then my dad came over this past Christmas with recipes for us to use to make cookies. Well they had my grandmothers handwriting who passed 10 years ago from a sudden cancer. I miss her terribly but it was amazing to see her handwriting in the recipes we used. So I decided then and there my kids (and whoever reads the sb pages) wont be judging my handwriting they will be cherishing the memories that were documented. So that's that ;)

Okay so something y'all may not know about me is I love me some Unity stamps. Ive only recently found them within the last 4 months but I have um...(our secret right?) about fifty sets! Yeah I kinda love them lol. shhh don't tell my husband! ~K~ Thanks ;)

So this page uses the January Smak Kit called without YOU what would I DO and the Itty Bitty set called You're the Ticket. I also used a few elements from the new Peachy Picks Kit.

Hey everyone! Just playing around with my Inky Impressions stamps again. I wanted to share a cutie pie bookmark that I made. It was super quick and fun but I really love it and the recipient really loved it so it was a win win. ;)

Did you see those embellishments? Super cute right?!?!? I got those babies from Creating a Crafty Life!

I think this is my most favorite Inky Impressions stamp because she looks like my little Zoe. I was playing around with my prismacolors for this one so no copics today. I'll be doing a prismacolor hair tutorial this week so if you want to see it be sure to come on back. ;)

Peachy Keen Linking Party

Hey everyone! How are you? Oh goodness I am beyond excited for today we are having our first (for all the new designers) linking party.

So isn't the SOTM just fabulous? Yeah I totally agree. I was lovin the paper packs so much I had to buy those little gems too!!! They just coordinate so well together.

Okay so here are a few projects I made using the new AND FABULOUS SOTM.

I thought these little faces would be perfect for treats. I'm secretly hoping that Kathy makes an entire assortment with these faces. ;)

Next up...I made a slider card. This was my first time making a slider card. I made a video but for some reason youtube and I aren't getting along and it hasn't uploaded yet. :( I'll keep trying)

eCraft Cats?

Hey eCrafters! Raven here and I am
beyond excited to be back with the design team for another round! I
just adore this DT!!!! :) With that said we have some AMAZING sponsors
this month. Have you all heard of Mr. Cricut Crazy? Don't let the name
fool you his stamps are simply perfect with the eCraft! I was so
excited to work with the Razzel stamp set and the awesome Collage
Musing stack from DCWV. This paper is GREAT for scrapbook pages (which
I will be making with this stack) but they are just perfect for
cardmakers too.

So for today I wanted to do a silly card to go along with this
whimsical stamp set.

This cutie pie little cat was cut out from a Lettering Delights file
and then stamped with a Peachy keen face called Wide Eyed and Bushy
Tailed. The word bubble was made with one of the Make The Cut
pre-programed shapes. I altered it and made it 3" x 1". Using a
pressure setting of 5.5 it was cut out without an image stabilizer. My
tabs were at amount 2 and width 3. The frame was also a Lettering
Delights file resized to 3.5" x 4.5". The DCWV paper is a bit thicker
and that was cut with a pressure setting of 6. I punched the side with
a scalloped border punch and thread orange twine through the side and
added some buttons from Basic Grey.

That's it. It was a pretty simple card and I LOVE the sarcastic face
of this cutie pie cat lol. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I
enjoyed making it and that you are having a FABULOUS 2012!!!

Scrapbooking in 2012~Episode 1 Happiness

Hey everyone!!!

Okay so if ya don't know..now ya know. My New Year's Resolution for 2012 issssss to scrapbook at least one page per week annddddd get healthy. I was thinking of adding another one...to take more pictures of the kids/nature/my life than I do of scrapbook projects. That wont be so hard lol. ;)

I have some amazing family and friends that I know I will be able to work out with and get healthy so that one is done!

The scrapbook page a week well that's something I've been wanting to do for a while now. Nothing makes me happier than watching my husband and the kiddos flip through the scrapbook pages I've made. And honestly that's where I started. So I'm going back to my roots so to speak. lol

Here is layout 1 of 2012...

I still don't really know how to take pics of scrapbook pages so any and all advice is greatly appreciated. ;)

I love these kids so much lol. This is a picture of the older two a few years ago (okay more like almost 5 years ago) wow where do the years go? Stop them stop them now. They are NOT allowed to grow up!!! :(

Bah anyway Ive been wanting to use these awesome dies from Emma called Build a Banner Kit. Isn't it 'dorable. Eweee speaking of Emma lets hope my order comes in today did you all buy from the big sale? YUP I sure did too. ;)

I also used a little bit of twine for the banner AND some amazingly cute wooden Mickey heads from Creating a Crafty Life! LOVE her products!!! ;) Oh I almost forgot that little sentiment..."you are my sunshine" is from PK-M16 You are my sunshine from PKS. So cute!

Monkeys galore

Hey yall! How are you on this beautiful Saturday??? Are you ready for New Years? Oh yeah I am soo ready!

Okay so this is not holiday related at all! I don't like monkeys per say and I have no idea why I think he is so cute. I think its the multi-colored ensemble.

Anyway, my niece turned 8 this week and so we had a little get together for her. It was good times and really great food!

Anyway, my girlies decided we would make her a monkey card because she LOVES monkeys. So here it is...

This was it pre-twine. I don't know if that's a word but if it isn't I think it should be. I took a picture and noticed it really needed something. We were in a hurry and so I thought twine:tail.

Needless to say it looks much better with twine on the tail lol ;)

And this is a close up of the little cutie patotie monkey. This is a lettering delights cut file. I LOVE them!!! She wasnt complete without a Peachy Keen Face.

A combination of my loves

So yall know I've been talking about Peachy keen and the eCraft. Well I added a little Unity to this and I simply love it!

I just recently received some AMAZING SD cards for Christmas; Entertainment and Waterlife. Both of which I LOVE but I decided to use Entertainment on this project.

I wanted to make a super quick project so I just removed my pen from the holder and cut away. I didn't want the pen lines as I wanted to stamp my own face. I cut the base and the hair at 3".

Hey hey hey its only two days away!!! ECK no, no I take that back double ECK!!! Our shopping is all done and I only had one person I forgot to make something for...THE HUBERS. Yeah lets keep that little secret between the two of us!!!! ;) Thanks lol

eCraft Design team Day!!

Hi everyone!

I need to start off today by telling you how much I love my eCraft. Its a newer electronic cutting machine (I think its only been on the market for a year) but it is just so fabulous! And of course I love Peachy keen Stamps but y'all already know that!!! :)

Today I am breaking away from holiday projects to show
you something that I made for my little girlies. Actually, my little
man got in on some of the action too! I wish I would have had my
camera in hand but it didn't work out that way, so you'll just have to
take my word for it ;).

I made a "would be stocking
stuffer" but the kids saw it early and, well they were too impatient
to wait for it. So I caved.

There are a ton of other pieces but I didn't want to bombard y'all with photos so you'll have to check out the video to see them all ;)

Jaded Blossom Tag

Okay so today is one day closer and I'm so excited! I LOVE the festivities that surround Christmas. My mom and nana got together to make tamales and empanalitas yesterday (My sis and I couldn't go because we had a LOT of snow) ;( But this is not The Little Red Hen and so we still get to eat some. hehe

Anyway I wanted to make something fun and easy for today...

I got this stamp set a few weeks ago from Jaded Blossom and I am so very much in LOVE with it. I thought the smaller images would be difficult to color but sure enough I was wrong.

The tag was cut out of the Basic Tags set from Lettering Delights. Love this set. Then I stamped it with Perfect Medium using the snowflakes from the Snowman Kisses set. The using pearl liquid pearls I covered them and then spritzed them with some water to set. Stamped the to and from using the Snowman Kisses set. Colored in the little reindeer cutie from the Reindeer Magic Set with copic markers and then added some stickles to the scarf and his cutie pie nose. :)

Okay so I am happy to announce that most, if not all, of our Christmas cards have been sent out. I love making them all different, but someone please remind me next year that it is quicker and easier to just assembly line them? PLEASE!

lol Okay so while we were getting ready for our annual week before Christmas celebration with my pops I realized I didn't have anything to put his gift cards in! GASP!!! So with dad in his Kerchief and me in my cap I ran to the eCraft in a super big dash...Kidding totally kidding. I wouldn't do that to you guys!

;) Seriously though I ran to my eCraft and went searching through the SVG's that I have to find the perfect gift card holder. BTW there has to be an easy storage for these gems but I've yet to figure it out.

Okay anyway the gift card holders ended up being too small! ECK!!! I don't know if we bought him an extra large gift card hahaha (doesn't my dad wish) or if I just didn't re size them and I was suppose to. Well, either way they made adorable ornaments or tags.

Plus, lets be honest because I did these last minute I didn't have a second to spare before the ding dong was heard. So this is what they ended up with ;)

I know my picture isn't the greatest but I'm not even kinda joking when I say the doorbell rang and I had to run downstairs before CUJO (well her real name is Blossom) attacked my pops and my step mom!

They were loved btw. They couldn't stop talking about the cutie pie face. UM yeah don't I know it, why do you think we stamped it with that face. lol (When I say "we" I really mean the girls 7 and 5, they got to pick the face)

This first picture has a weird color catch.

Did you notice that? I kinda like it!

I LOVE these little snow people they are just mini's but they are super cute! I contemplated giving them some "snow" but I figured y'all had seen enough of my snow this week! ;)

And how perfect is this little sentiment! Fits these little snow people (I'm trying to be politically correct, plus you never know they could be female!) so perfectly!

Hey everyone! I am so excited to share with you another project this week! (Remember I'll be showing you Christmas cards all week, maybe all this week and next...I'm so behind) I have been ummmm lets say behind on the Christmas card making category. Why do I always feel like I am ahead of the game, and then when it gets down to it I realize I've made all of 5 Christmas cards! DOH!!!! Okay so here goes I am on a mission to complete AND SEND OUT (hahahaha) the rest of the cards that I need for family/friends! Wish me luck k! You will be seeing A LOT of cards on my blog for the rest of the month so be warned ;)

Okay lets be serious this little image is AMAZING! Yeah I love her. Kathy creates the cutest images, word on the street is there may be a STAMP OF THE MONTH CLUB!!! Yeah I honestly did a little jig when I heard too; you're not alone!

I'm doing clean and simple cards because Im at a point where they just need to get done lol so thats what it is! ;)

For the hat I used a product that I bought last year from PKS called

then I sprinkled it with some tulip fabric glitter!

You guys remember that song? Everything makes me think of a song I swear my head is wired to music! I hear Unity Stamps and I start singing U N I T Y that's a unity lol. Anywayyyyy... Unity has two challenges going on right now one is a sketch...

And the other one is

"LET IT SNOW"

Well lucky for me you can combine challenges lol So that is exactly what I did, wanna see???

I had to take a close up of the snow because UM I love this stuff.

Jaded Blossom Stamps

Oh my goodness yall! I just checked my mail about two hours ago and I had some Jaded Blossom goodness in there! ECK!!! If you just ordered some or you did when they released you should be getting your stamps (like today) lol. I LOVE these stamps they are ADORABLE!!! I just had to make something!

I'm going to make one for each of my kiddos lol. I was thinking of maybe making these for my nieces and nephews as stocking stuffers too. LOVE THEM!!!! lol

Also I've been getting tons of emails asking for copic tutorials. UMMM I don't really think I'm the best colorer but I can post some asap. Probably next week just to show you all what I've been doing. (I think I'm kinda starting to get the hang of it) But if you know of any awesome youtube coloring videos please share them on this post. Hey everyone! Happy Sunday!!!! My pops is over here and we are making cookies all day! So this is actually something that I made yesterday but I wanted to put it up before the deadline. ;) I made it for the Peachy Keen Sketch Challenge.

Ive been playing around with coloring images and I think I've figured out how to do it! I told my husband this and he laughed at me and said he has known how to color since he was 2! ERRRRR. Anyway lol

This was my favorite part so I had to give it its own picture lol.

Crafty Sprouts- Bugaboo

Hey everyone! How are you all? I love Fridays! Today is our family day we always do something fun on Fridays I look forward to today all week!!!!

This week the Crafty Sprouts DT got to do something fun with a Bugaboo Digital image also. I ended up making a clean and simple Christmas card. These seem to be my go to cards this season!

Without further ado here is my project!

A close up straight on. I used a really cool product, DS65-3 Snow Writer from Peachy Keen Stamps for the snow! Then I sprinkled it with some Tulip Glitter.

Here is a side view. The nose and the jingle bells are all popped up on dimensionals. :) I just printed out the same size digi twice and colored the pieces I wanted to pop. Then I carefully cut them out and adhered them.

eCraft and Peachy Keen

Okay seriously yall I am so excited to share my project with you today. It is a super quick and easy project that you can make in less than 10 minutes. Probably less. I think it’s a perfect Christmas card to reproduce. And BTW I LOVE peachy keen stamps so much they pair just perfectly with the eCraft! It’s as if they were meant for each other!

Here goes you will need:

eCraft

Fundamentals SD Card

Peachy Keen Winter Wonderland Faces

Button

Twine

Glitter brads

Basic Grey Pattern Paper

And Basic Grey solid paper

Tim Holtz Winter Wonderland die

Pastel Chalks

Copic Markers

3L Dimensional adhesive

Using the Fundamentals SD card set the pressure to 4, tabs to two and width at 3. Insert your basic grey pattern paper into the eCraft and then position your blade into the bottom left hand corner. Select Category 2 (Frames) Image 19 and change the size to 4 inches. Press cut. ;)

Next using the Winter Wonderland die from Tim Holtz and solid white cardstock run it through the eBosser and you will get this adorable little snowman. He comes with a nose pointing out to the side so I just took my kraft knife and snipped that part off. Next stamp an adorable Peachy Keen Face on him! Dab a small amount of pink chalk onto each cheek and color in his mouth and nose using orange and red copics (or any marker you have on hand) Tie some twine through a blue button and knot it in the front. Punch two holes in the middle of his stomach and attach glitter brads. Attach the frame and the snowman with 3L dimensional adhesive. I LOVE the side effect of this card because it has just enough umph! Voila you are all finished!!!

So today was a lazy day. Yeah I sang Bruno Mars songs all day too ;) Anyway...we were just hanging out and doing fun family stuff when everyone decided to spend some time doing something they enjoyed for a little while. What did I do you ask? Well I crafted of course. ;)

Pinterest Challenge

Okay so my friend Kristi and I always challenge each other! Just for fun and to enjoy our craft. Well this week we are doing something that is so super fun I thought it would be fun to open it up to everyone!!!

We both LOVE pinterest and we are constantly pinning things.

Here is my pinterest and here is Kristi's pinterest in case you are intersted.

Well anyway this week our challenge for each other was to find something on pinterest (or use something you've already pinned) and remake it.

How fun is that???

So I found these awesome coasters!

We don't really drink much over here so I changed the drinking theme to something that is more fitting toward our life style.

Inspirational coaster. LOVE IT!!!

Here is one I made especially for the hubs!

This was my fave! ;)

They are all pretty much like this. I just love them.

They were easy to assemble. Surprisingly the hard part was thinking of words that inspired me. My hubby's coaster was the easiest one to make. All of those words came to me right away.

DIRECTIONS:

Once I had all of the words laid out and in order of how I wanted them I used super glue to assemble one row at a time. you want to do one row because the tiles aren't exactly the same. Once each row is assembled adhere the first row to the second row and so on and so forth.

Once your coaster is dry and adhered together get outdoor mod podge (You can also use a wood sealer). This will seal your piece AND you can use them outside if you'd like. These would be cool house warming gifts to new neighbors in the summer time too lol. I don't know I'm pullin now. lol.

Hey everyone!!! HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!! You know my favorite thing about Thanksgiving second only to the food and family of Thanksgiving???? BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING and getting ready for Christmas! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Christmas. So here is a little project that I whipped together with my eCraft and some awesome Pink By Design stamps for my step mom for Christmas. She has a thing for boxes lol.

So here it is...

Supplies

eCraft

SVG (Here I used Christmas Gift Bags and Boxes SVG Kit from svgcuts.com)

Pattern paper (I used stampin up paper)

Cardstock (I used Stampin up old olive and real red)

Twine (I used red twine from twistedsugartwine.com)

Gems (I used 4mm gems from Creating A Crafty Life )

Ticket ( I used a ticket from Creating a Crafty Life)

Adhesive (I used 3L adhesive from Amazon)

Ink (I used Stampin up basic black)

Stamp (I used Peace on Earth)

Glitter (I used Stickles red glitter glue)

Instructions

Input your SVG cut file into Make the Cut. Align the box lid and bottom on the same sheet of 12x12 paper. With your pressure on 4 and tabs set at 2 and width set at 3 cut the pattern paper with the eCraft. Using cardstock adjust your pressure to 6 maintaining the tabs and width cut one layer of scallops with green cardstock and two layers of scallops with real red cardstock. Adhere the box base with 3L sticky strips. Next ink up the scallops with basic black ink. Adhere the scallops to the box lid beginning with the bottom scallop and moving your way up. Using 4mm gems adhere to each scallop. Stamp sentiment onto ticket. Now place adhesive and complete the lid. Using Red twine wrap the box lid five times and tie in a knot up toward the top. (Optional: you can add a button or tag onto this knot.) Add red stickles onto the ticket, let dry. Assemble completed box lid and base and voila you are all done.

Scrapbook Layout Fun!

Hey everyone! How is your week? Pretty calm over here. My beautiful kiddos are home all week and I cant tell you how happy that makes me. :) I was cleaning out the craft room today/my bedroom lol and I found a few projects that I've made for fun that I never had the opportunity to post.

To be honest I make scrapbook pages all the time. They are one of my favorite things to make but... I have no idea how to photograph them lol.

Okay so here is something I made for my boys. Every time we go on vacation I always snap a picture of my boys asleep right next to each other. It is always one of my favorite vacation pictures. Well anyway I made this layout to put all of the pictures in it.

Aren't these little bears adorable. I put one higher up to make him look older my boys are 10 years apart. ;)

Hey everyone. Today is another fun fun day on the eCraft blog. We were asked to use a sky element this week how fun is that! But we are also doing Christmas all month using Pink By Design stamps! I LOVE these stamps. They pair so nicely with the eCraft Machine!

So here is my project for this week...

Here are the Instructions:

With your pressure on 4 and tabs set to off cut the star with the eCraft. Using eCraftcentral.com make a slightly larger star and cut with the eCraft. Using eCraftshop pro make a triangle base. Cut cereal board and pattern paper using the same size triangle. The pattern paper was cut with a pressure setting of 4 (blade cap on, tabs off and multi cut turned off) The cereal board was cut with a pressure setting of 3 and the blade cap was off, tabs were at 3 and width was at 2) On a piece of white cardstock stamp Sewing Backgound onto the paper using walnut stain. Hands draw a banner on the back of the stamped image and cut out. (You could also use an svg for this) Outline the sentiment image with brown stickles, lay aside to dry. Add star to pendant using dimensional adhesive. Use crochet cotton and tie a knot in the button holes leaving the knot in the back of the button. Next using liquid adhesive apply the buttons to the pendant. I like to lay them randomly. Apply vintage ribbon and twine across the top of the pendant using no sew. Next using beads and a stick pin make a dangling jewel. Punch a hole with small hole punch and insert the jump ring into the hole.

Voila you are all finished.

Teacher Appreciation

Hey everyone! How the heck are you? Soooo today is another Design team day over at Scrapalicious USA! I love this company and I super love the great prices. Seriously.

So the challenge this week over at Scrapalicious is to use

My oldest daughter has had an AMAZING student teacher with their class since the beginning of the year. This is her last week. :( We are really sad about it and my baby girl has even cried a few times so we had to make her something extra special. My love requested we make her something that she can keep with her throughout her teaching career. Well...my friend Kristi who is awesome suggested I make her an acrylic photo frame post it holder. I found a tutorial HERE!

So that's exactly what I did! ;) Thanks Kristi for the awesome suggestion!!!

Throwback Thursdays

Hey everyone! How are you??? Woow its only Monday hehehe. I love my life. All the days squish together. But this Monday the kids and I got out of the house and off to school on time so that is an obvious sign that this will be a fabulous week! Just sayin'

I hope you all got out of the house on time today too!!! ;)

So did yall see that the beautiful and ever talented Emma from My Creative Time is having another Throwback Thursday Challenge. She has them all the time but I use to be so busy I didn't have time for extra stuff. Well now I have tons of free time lately. The kids and I are settled into our routine and the house is in order (for the most part) Yay me lol. So I thought it would be fun to enter Emma's challenge.

She has asked that we make a project with a "Kid Friendly" cartridge. So that's just what I did. I used Sugar and Spice as well as Tags, bags, boxes and more. ;)

I thought the sentiment was perfect for an expecting brother. No matter what when you have family, you have everything! LOVE this sentiment.

This project was inspired by my design team sister and friend Sandra even though she doesn't know it. She is expecting a little baby (sex unknown) and her little man is going to be a big brother so I thought how fun it would be to have a game to play when mom is at the docs office. I'm thinking about laminating the cards (just in case) But he can play go fish or memory with them!

Ho Ho Ho and a Merry Christmas to you!!!! Hahahaha yeah really its almost Christmas. I don't get it, I think Christmas just passed so why are we doing this so quickly again??? I really don't get it! Well since the reality is setting in and there are really only 43 days until Christmas I guess I had better get crackin eh!

Oh my goodness how cool is today 11-11-11. Want to hear something crazy my baby girl was born on 6-6-06 hehehe so special days like today hold a big piece of my heart. I hope you all have a blessed and beautiful day today!!!

Disclaimer: I know some people think 6's have a bad connotation but in my opinion any day that a precious gift from above is born on has to be a special day!!! Although my husband did beg the Docs to take her out early lol. ;)

Today is design team day and a new challenge over at Crafty Sprouts! SOOOOO excited! Okay so seriously Erika is a creative genius. I am so honored and blessed to be on her team you all are going to LOVE what she has up her sleeve! I'm not teasing I'm just being honest lol.

Either way this week is an anything goes week yay. So I've made a Christmas card for one of my special crafty friends. I love her so much she has the best view on life, she is amazingly kind, she is super creative and artistic, and she has one of the best craft companies on the market right now (and I'm sure for millennium to come). She is simply amazing!!!! I've also used one of her stamps on this little cutie pie card so you have a hint of who it is ;)

eCraft~ Pink By Design Christmas!!!

I LOVE CHRISTMAS!!! Yuppers I sure do. And I LOVE my eCraft so pairing those two together for the holidays is going to be a total joy! I'm going to start Christmas early this year. Why you ask? Well because I never seem to be on time when it gets here so I'm giving myself advance notice! BE PREPARED lol.

This week I am so excited to share my projects with you all. I just love the ease and swiftness of this beautiful eCraft. I started making Christmas cards and realized it will be so quick this year to mass produce Christmas cards for family and friends. Yeah the eCraft is AMAZING!!! ;)

So with that said let me show you how I put this little cutie together so that you can reproduce something similar if you'd like.

Here it is...

What you will need for this project:
eCraft
Blue, Pink and white cardstock (I used Bashful Blue and Pretty in Pink from Stampin up as well as Wausau White Cardstock)
Vintage Stamps (I used Peace on Earth from Pink By Design)
eCraft Central Image (I used Frame 1)
Pattern Paper (I used Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses Paper Pad)
Ink (I used Cotton Candy and Peeled Paint Tim Holtz Distress ink, and Bashful Blue from Stampin' Up!)

The finished dimension of the card is 6.5 x 5
Cut your pretty in pink cardstock at 4 7/8" x 6 3/8". Layer on top of card.
Cut your pattern paper at 4 4/8" x 6". Layer on top of the pretty in pink cardstock.

Using your eCraft and White Cardstock place Frame 1 From eCraftcentral.com into eCraftShop Pro. Change the style to blackout This will remove anything drawn or framed in the inside. Cut frame at 4" x 4" . I had the tabs turned off and my pressure setting was at 4.5.

Next load Bahful Blue Stampin' Up! cardstock into your eCraft and repeat the previous steps. The only difference was that my pressure setting was set at 6 with the Stampin' Up! Paper because it is thicker. ;)

Using a paper trimmer cut around your Bashful blue frame leaving about a half an inch on each side.

Using your dye ink stamp three ornaments onto your white cardstock. Stamp another pink ornament onto a scrap piece of white and cut around it. Adhere your cut ornament to your main image using dimensionals.

Voila your are finished. This card didn't take long at all and it would be super simple to whip up in a flash. I hope you all enjoy it and that you are having a great day!

Card #2

What you will need for this project:
eCraft
Blue, Pink and white cardstock (I used Pretty in Pink from Stampin up as well as Wausau White Cardstock)
Vintage Stamps (I used Peace on Earth from Pink By Design)
eCraft Central Image (I used Mirror Frame 2)
Ink (I used Vintage Photo, Cotton Candy and Peeled Paint Tim Holtz Distress ink, and Bashful Blue from Stampin' Up!)

The finished dimension of the card is 6.5 x 5

Import the cut files into eCraft Shop pro and resize to 2" x 3" Repeat x3 or select copy on the upper left hand side and paste.
Next select the images and change the style to Shadow as opposed to normal. This will give you that layered affect.

Stamp your image onto the white cardstock using Cotton Candy and Peeled Paint Tim Holtz Distress ink, and Bashful Blue from Stampin' Up!

Next with a sponge applicator apply Vintage Photo ink to the edges

Adhere the blue and green stamped images to the right and left sides.

Using a dimensional adhere the pink stamped image in the center. I made it a little off center just because I like the messy look of it.

Finally stamp Deck the Halls onto the bottom center and voila another finished Christmas card.

Halloween Spook

Well hello there! Now if you are wondering about the title...its Halloween Spook all week. I will be posting projects all week in honor of...Halloween and my birthday. I turn {GULP} 30 on Friday! Be sure to come over for an amazing blog hop with some FABULOUS and I mean FABULOUS prizes!!!

Can you believe 30! My sister keeps texting me counting down the days. I RUE the day she was born, might I add. lol. Not really she is my best friend but I think its important TO NOT PICK ON YOUR SIBLINGS! And that's enough of that for today hehehe.

Sooooo I had the pleasure and honor of winning some goodies from Market Street Stamps and I thought I'd use them on this fun card today so here goes.

Yall know how much I love a good sale. Or, if you dont know that then be advised I love a good sale lol. I normally ONLY but stuff on sale. Even if I'll never use it, if its on sale, I have to have it. Yeah problem I know. ANYWAY Scrapalicious USA had a sale (I think its still going on) and so I had to buy some spellbinders and Imaginisce gems.

I love how this turned out and I hope you all enjoy it as well!!! I hope everyone is having a great week. Me, well, I'm just getting older and older and LOVIN' every minute of it!!!! ;)

Oh how I love thee let me count the ways!

I LOVE Halloween! I really do everything about this time of year is so beautiful!!!!

So with that said I really wanted to keep a Fall/Halloween feel for this box yet again. But I love these stamps because they can be used for birthdays and Christmas Easter and Valentines. ANY special event really. I love them. Oh I also have to spill a little sneak Erika our Crafty Sprouts mama is gonna knock the socks off of you with this upcoming release. You DO NOT want to miss it!!!!

Embellishments- glitter web (no idea), Twine

Tools- Spellbinder die, big shot
Adhesive- ATG and liquid adhesive
