Throwback Thursday

Well its another Thursday and you know what that means Throwback Thursday. I just adore Emma's creations and I love seeing what she comes up with every week.
So, this is the first card in a few days that I've done that isn't a Halloween Card. What?! lol I've been making banners and cards and tons of fun stuff. Either way I'm LOVIN' this card so much I just don't want to give it away lol. I decided to use my Cricut Markers. I was inspired by Emma's card and I WILL be buying those Cri-kit pens! WOW those things are amazing. Okay enough babble. Hope you enjoy. :) And thanks for looking.
(You can click on the pictures to view them larger as well)

Here's a list of What was used:
Cricut- Tinkerbell and Friends
Ink- I used my Cricut Markers I love these things and I forgot that I even had them until Emma used something similar. I will be using them more often. They are just too fun.
Embellishments- Ribbon from my stash, OH aren't her shoes the cutest things you've ever seen. I bought those puffs at Hobby Lobby today with Tink in mind! Love it!!!! Random green bling, twine from Hobby Lobby
Extras-I used the distressing kit from Stampin Up to "tear" the edges a bit.
Paper- Stampin Up paper from this last Sale-a-bration
Adhesive-Tombow and glue dots(for the shoes)
Color medium- Copics e00 skin white for her skin, y11 pale yellow for her hair, and I don't remember the green color. Sorry. (I was worried that I would mess up my copics with the cricut markers but I didn't at all! Yeah!!!!!

  2. Wow Raven, I would want to keep this card if I had made it too! I love the little pom poms for the shoes, that is a perfect touch. I am amazed that the Cricut markers worked that well on the face details. Very cute! Great job!

  3. Wow that came out so cute! I'm hoping to get the pens that Emma used as well. I think I'd use my princess carts more often if I had them.
The pieces are just so hard some times. :)

Tfs and have a great day.

  5. I am seeing that markers are the way to go on the Tinkerbell cart - the pieces are just so tedious to put together.

    Great card!!

  15. Hi, Im trying to use the layers with the cricut markers and I can't figure out how. How did you get it to draw the yellow and green inside the black and how did you shade the yellow and green?
    THANKS!

  16. Hey hun. OKay so I used my copic markers to color in the image after I used my Cricut Markers to draw the image out. I hope this helps. I cant find a way to email you.

  17. Did you draw her first with the markers, then, without unloading your mat, hit load, so it went back to the starting point?

Also, did you cut her out as a shadow, so there is the bit of white around it?

Were there any layers that you DIDN'T draw, because they didn't make sense in just drawing it on?

I'm still new at the markers, so I'm trying to figure this all out one step at a time...I wish PC promoted the markers better, they are really a neat tool!

    Thanks!

  18. Love your Tink. I do not cut much with it, though I love it, because of the tiny cuts,
I too wonder if you did her with the markers then cut in shadow to keep from cutting everything.
