Crafty Sprouts~Shape Card

Hey everyone! Today is another fabulous DT day over at Crafty Sprouts! Have I mentioned how much I love this dt? Yeah well if I haven't they are all such awesome ladies. YOU HAVE to go over and see what they made for your viewing pleasure this week. 

We were asked to make a shape card and I decided to do that with my spellbinders this week. Love those things. So here is my card. I was going for simplicity and clean, what do you think?

Ecraft- and Fundamentals 1~the heart
Ink- Basic Black (Stampin up), Tea dye (Tim Holtz)
Stamps- Text Talk (Crafty Sprouts)
Tools- Big Shot, spellbinder dies 

Paper- Basic Grey, real red (stampin up) and Kraft
Adhesive- ATG

Happy Monday my friends! I love Mondays I love everyday really. So today we have a new challenge up on Abbys blog.

The challenge this week is to use an animal in your project and the color orange. Can I tell you all a secret? I don't like the color orange. I don't know why. So when I started this challenge I had plenty of orange to work with. I finally decided on a burnt orange color. I also wanted to use up something that I'd been hoarding for a while.

I do that, I'm okay with it! ;)

Ink- Tim Holtz Vintage Photo

Embellishments- orange buttons from my stash, the letters and the puppy are both from the basic grey sticker set that came with this collection
Tools- 1 3/4 circle punch (Stampin' Up!), Big Shot, Tim Holtz Alterations - Hanging Sign (I just got this in and I HAD to play with it, so this card seemed fitting lol)
Paper- Basic Grey Card kit that I won in November (LOVE BASIC GREY)
Adhesive- atg
