me start off by saying… Cooking is not my forte. However after reading this
book and trying a few of the recipes I have found cooking so much more
enjoyable. This book was so much fun to read. With every page that has facts,
information and tidbits that I just didn't know before. I’ve never in my life
read a cookbook but this book was oh so different. I feel invigorated every
time I pick it up. Now I'm not saying that I'll cook every night, but I know
that on the nights that I decided to cook it will be a lot easier because of
this book. I now know what to keep in my pantry, so that I can quickly throw
together a meal. And I think my favorite part is the fact that every recipe has
a calorie and serving breakdown. Being very health conscious for my children
and myself the ability to know exactly the serving portions makes me a happy
mom. I would strongly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to have fun
while cooking. I would like to also add that I was not financially
