Bombshell Stamps

Hey everyone! How is your Friday going???? I'm having a really great day. The kids and I went to the zoo with my Ma yesterday and we had A BLAST. Then we hit up our local thrift store on the way home and we found a brand new U-Build Battleship game. AWESOMENESS. Yeah so we have played almost 7 full battleship games. NICE.

Anyway...I also got some stuff for my craft room and I wanted to share...

Isn't it fabulous! Totally not my idea I was inspired by
this craft room---> Andrea Singarella that I snagged her lamp idea! LOVE!!!!
The sewing pattern is just an old vintage pattern and then it is wrapped with ribbon. Nothing is glued or in place so if I change my mind about it or it starts to melt lol I can just take the ribbon off. But I don't have this lamp on often its mostly just for decoration.

Did you see that Bombshell project in the corner yeah so I've been stamping these little cuties like crazy and they are having an animal print challenge going on so I thought um YES!!!! Here it is...
I love it. I stamped her onto a piece of cereal board (This was the first time I stamped her I was just playing around at first, didn't think it would turn into anything) And then I feel in love so I stamped the image again onto a piece of animal print pattern paper. Cut out the shoe and put the two together. I also challenged myself to use materials I hadn't used in a while. So the animal print paper, the Spectracolor colored pencils (to color her in), the button on her shoe, and the glitter glue from g studio on her top. Totally just noticed I forgot to color another piece of the shoe oh well. I'm okay with it lol.
Here's a list of What was used:
Ink- Pigment Ink Pad
Embellishments- button from my stash, G studio glitter glue, homemade glimmer mist
Stamps- Girls Ruin stamp set (I'm a little addicted to these stamps right now!!!!)
Tools- corner rounder punch
Paper- DCWV pattern paper, cereal board
Adhesive- pop dots and atg

Head on over to the forum HERE and play along with us!!!! I'm starting to get the hang of the forum! WOOT WOOT! lol

Bombshell Stamps and My week!

Hey everyone. I just got some new stamp sets in so I decided to make a new project and...I have another Bombshell project that I wanted to share with you all!

How are you?

I haven't blogged in a while just because we are trying to get adjusted and ready for summer. My girls who are a year and a half apart have been fighting like mad and I just feel like pulling my hair out half the time. I'm hoping summer will help them get along better and get closer but I"m fearful that it may make them fight even more if that is at all possible. The only thing that seems to work is keeping one in one room and another in a different room, but that is no way (in my opinion) to live, so I have to find another solution. Man being a mom is a lot harder than it looks lol. As a kid I remember distinctly fighting with my older sister and we are four years apart so I know that's kind of normal. But I cant stand being in a house where there is fighting all of the time. I want to lock myself in the bathroom and scream. lol Okay enough venting let me show you all my super quick project for today...
HAHAHAHA now after my venting schpiel this fits how I'm feeling perfectly! HAHAHAHA okay, okay enough laughing seriously I NEED SUPER NANNY!!!!! Send me advice ladies I need you. This is an S.O.S!!! haha

Hope everyone is having a great day!!

Here's a list of What was used:
Ink- Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, black and white pigment ink for the inked edges
Embellishments- I used some old button brads and changed them into glitter brads using glossy accents and Martha Stewart glitter. LOVE the end result! I also used Bisque, Silver Pearl and Baby blue liquid pearls. Then I used glossy accents and covered the skulls and a few flowers.
Stamps- This awesome
Bombshell is called Sugar Skulls
Tools- small hole punch, paper trimmer
Paper- All of the paper is from my stash . I'm pretty sure the skull backgrounds are from a DCWV Rockstar Pack.
Adhesive- atg
Color medium- LOTS of copics. So fun!

Bombshell Stamps

Hey everyone! It's me again. I've been busy this weekend cleaning out the craft room WOOT WOOT!!! I have tons of stuff to get rid of lol.

Okay back to my point...I am the guest designer this month over at Bombshellstamps.com.
I am so excited as I just stumbled upon their stamps and I love them!!!!!

Here is my card for this month. The challenge is linens and lace. For this challenge I made a cute little card for my hubby who will be turning 40 this month GASP! I think linens and lace sounds catchy but really any fabric and ribbon is acceptable just have fun with it. lol

For this card I stamped this little cutie Bombshell Angel with Tuxedo Black Memento and colored her in with copic markers. Then I blinged her out with liquid pearls for her necklace, her flower, her dress, and her bracelet. Using the same stamp set I made my own pattern paper (I love doing that these days) I also inked up the white paper with vintage photo distress ink from Tim Holtz.

April Challenge/Blog Hop: Bombshell Weddings

Hey everyone! How are you this fabulous Wednesday???? I am having a great day. Next month I will be joining the Bombshell stamp girls for the entire month as I will be a guest designer. I'm so excited!!! The girls were so kind to allow me to be in the hop with them this month!!

So if you just got here from Emily's blog then you are in the right place. If you just happened upon my blog you will want to start at the beginning at the Bombshell Stamps Blog. :)

Here is my super simple card...

I used the free cut file called HEART LOCK CUT OUT!
Okay so this is totally a weird picture. But..I cut out the heart using Scal2 and then pieced it together (Super simple by the way) Then...I used utte (which I am so over the moon about) to make it into an embellishment that isn't paper thin anymore. I am lovin' how it looks.

Here is the blog hop line up so that you can join us on this venture...
Thank you all so much for stopping by hope you are having a super fabulous day!!!!! Now if you please hop on over to Kathi's blog. Thank you all so much for stopping by!!!
