Crafty Sprouts

Hey everyone! This week we are doing a flashback with Crafty Sprouts. We are showing a project creating something that was previously released.

I decided to use text talk because it is uber cute. I have two projects to show y'all using this stamp set.

I also want to say how very much I have loved being a Crafty Sprouts designer!!! Erika is fabulous and all of the girls are so amazing and talented too. This is my last post as a Crafty Sprouts designer so I just want to take this opportunity to say thank you to Erika and all the dt girls for always being so very amazing!

Without further ado...
I decided to make a bookmark for one of my girlies. ;)
 This is an older project that I made using the same Text Talk set! :)

Crafty Sprouts

Hey hey hey its only two days away!!! ECK no, no I take that back double ECK!!! Our shopping is all done and I only had one person I forgot to make something for...THE HUBERS. Yeah lets keep that little secret between the two of us!!!! ;) Thanks lol

SO today would be Crafty Sprouts DT DAY but because of the holidays we are taking the day off!!!! But I still felt like whipping something up and I thought what better way to get his project and gifts finished by using a little Crafty Sprouts love!

Crafty Sprouts

Photo inspiration yall!!! Yuppers you heard that right we are being inspired by a photo for the challenge going on right now HERE at Crafty Sprouts!

I am still whipping out these Christmas cards. Hopefully I can get 5-8 of them in the mail today! SCORE!!!

Okay here is my project for today!


 This first picture has a weird color catch.
Did you notice that? I kinda like it!


 I LOVE these little snow people they are just mini's but they are super cute! I contemplated giving them some "snow" but I figured y'all had seen enough of my snow this week! ;)


And how perfect is this little sentiment! Fits these little snow people (I'm trying to be politically correct, plus you never know they could be female!) so perfectly!

Crafty Sprouts- Bugaboo

Hey everyone! How are you all? I love Fridays! Today is our family day we always do something fun on Fridays I look forward to today all week!!!!

This week the Crafty Sprouts DT got to do something fun with a Bugaboo Digital image also. I ended up making a clean and simple Christmas card. These seem to be my go to cards this season!

Without further ado here is my project!

 A close up straight on. I used a really cool product, DS65-3 Snow Writer from Peachy Keen Stamps for the snow! Then I sprinkled it with some Tulip Glitter.
 Here is a side view. The nose and the jingle bells are all popped up on dimensionals. :) I just printed out the same size digi twice and colored the pieces I wanted to pop. Then I carefully cut them out and adhered them.

Crafty Sprouts Sale Hop

Just for Fun

Hi beautiful peeps!!!!

So today was a lazy day. Yeah I sang Bruno Mars songs all day too ;) Anyway...we were just hanging out and doing fun family stuff when everyone decided to spend some time doing something they enjoyed for a little while. What did I do you ask? Well I crafted of course. ;)

I had these amazing embellishments from Creating a Crafty Life and I decided to make a gift for a special friend. Wanna see?????

 I have to apologize for the pictures. I was so excited to make them and package them for shipping that I forgot to take a picture of them outside of their wrap! Gasp!!!

They are magnets for the fridge or craft board. Wherever really. My friend that I made these for has been posting a lot of "Growing up 80's" on her pinterest so I hope she really likes the colors!! ;)

Crafty Sprouts Day 2

I am so in love with the sets we are showing you today!!!! I don't feel like I did them justice! Thank goodness for design team sisters they all have AMAZING projects to show you today!
First up is Feelin' Icky!

Crafty Sprouts~Christmas

Ho Ho Ho and a Merry Christmas to you!!!! Hahahaha yeah really its almost Christmas. I don't get it, I think Christmas just passed so why are we doing this so quickly again??? I really don't get it! Well since the reality is setting in and there are really only 43 days until Christmas I guess I had better get crackin eh!

Oh my goodness how cool is today 11-11-11. Want to hear something crazy my baby girl was born on 6-6-06 hehehe so special days like today hold a big piece of my heart. I hope you all have a blessed and beautiful day today!!!

Disclaimer: I know some people think 6's have a bad connotation but in my opinion any day that a precious gift from above is born on has to be a special day!!! Although my husband did beg the Docs to take her out early lol. ;)

Today is design team day and a new challenge over at Crafty Sprouts! SOOOOO excited! Okay so seriously Erika is a creative genius. I am so honored and blessed to be on her team you all are going to LOVE what she has up her sleeve! I'm not teasing I'm just being honest lol.

Either way this week is an anything goes week yay. So I've made a Christmas card for one of my special crafty friends. I love her so much she has the best view on life, she is amazingly kind, she is super creative and artistic, and she has one of the best craft companies on the market right now (and I'm sure for millennium to come). She is simply amazing!!!! I've also used one of her stamps on this little cutie pie card so you have a hint of who it is ;)

Hey Halloween buddies! Okay you may not even like Halloween but I feel like Halloween projects have been kicked into high gear this last week, don't cha think?

Blog Hop for Christian


Welcome to the Xander Zone!!  You are in for quite a trip through today's Blog Hop and Auction.  Our dear friend Betty Roberts, owner of Simply Betty Stamps has just found out this week that her 17 year old son Christian has Stage 1 Throat Cancer.  He will be having surgery next week and many months of Therapy to follow.  (To read more from  Betty on what’s going on please go HERE)

As you hop along today you will see cards created with Xander (along with others), the first in a new series to be released called “From the Xander Zone”.  He is available with a donation to Betty’s family.  Christian will be undergoing Surgery next week to remove his tonsils and then the thrice weekly Therapy will begin on the tumor.  His therapy could last for many months.


   
There is also  a contest running through October 16th and Christian will pick a random winner who will receive the whole collection!  The details on the contest are at the SBS blog.

Crafty Sprout Sketch~The Greeting Farm way ;)

Hey everyone! How was your week? Thank goodness it is Friday is all I can say lol.

This week over at the Crafty Sprout we were asked to make another project using the fabulous sketch from last week. Don't forget there is still time to enter into the challenge...

Also the Design Team all used a greeting farm stamp. I love their digis but I currently have a thing for rubber so here it is...

I was playing around with a new way of coloring. I'm still trying to play with different mediums but this one is all copics. :)

Crafty Sprouts Sneak~Halloween

YAYYYY Another day is here and I am so excited to show you all this fabulous Halloween greatness. Erika has created such AMAZING stamps for us. I am just in love with these.

I decided to make a Halloween gift. 
So using the scalloped circle die I cut out pieces of card board. Then I wrapped them with twine. Only Halloween colors of course.  Then I placed those inside a clear Sizzix die storage case and voila.
